A simple and inexpensive method of restoring suspended ceilings is to specify SO-10 Acoustic, which unlike standard paints and emulsions will not damage the sound absorption properties. The ceilings fire rating will remain intact and the non-bridging formulation prevents ceiling tiles from warping or sticking to the grid system.
